For the Black Issue our team will be in Germany to cover the blackest event of 2012:
The Wave Gotik Treffen.
We were told about loud music of the devil, a lot of pretty girls dressed in black, sexy night parties with cheap beers and the most extravagant people you can imagine from all over the world.
This sounds very good to Nasty and we’ll be there to give you a complete report of what happens when a whole city goes Black.
LETTER TO A WILD CHILD
My Dear,
Forget about social norms, moral expectations and fake smiles. Just be! I implore you not to allow yourself to be dragged into becoming part of the mass; don’t censor your thoughts, don’t deny your feelings, and most important, don’t ever be fooled that you have to grow up, or that you have to outgrow your true inner self for certain reasons.
You can always be the beautiful individual you are now, just remember to protect your core beliefs and always listen to your heart. Despite a famous quote according to which, we are all the same decaying organic matter and not unique snowflakes, I beg to differ and highlight that we all have absolute control of our own ideas, feelings and interests, and hence, the potential to develop into something, cliché as it sounds, singular and special.
So, please, wisely use both hemispheres of your brain at all times and start giving more credit to that pounding thing in your chest and that feeling in the pit of your stomach!
