Speedcat / PUMA x Swarovski

Spotlight on the limited collaboration.

To mark the 130th anniversary of Swarovski, PUMA presents a limited-edition reinterpretation of its classic Speedcat sneaker. This collaboration bridges two distinct worlds, where the language of sport meets the artistry of light. Both houses share a deep connection to precision, heritage and innovation, and the result is a piece that celebrates the beauty of movement through craft.

The Speedcat, first introduced in 1999 and inspired by motorsport design, is transformed into a shimmering icon of contemporary luxury. Each pair is adorned with 5,316 black Swarovski Crystals in four different sizes, meticulously applied by Swarovski’s experts. The Formstrip, one of PUMA’s most recognisable design elements, is recreated through the negative space between the crystals, turning absence into brilliance and simplicity into focus.

A sophisticated play between brilliance and shadow, the Speedcat’s sleek motorsport-inspired shape is elevated into a shimmering statement, an embodiment of sporting heritage and craft. The collaboration is fittingly packaged in a special, minimalist box featuring a subtle Swarovski x PUMA logo lockup.
