CHARLIE SPARKS ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM POWER UP” — OUT MAY 29TH, VIA ELEKTRA.

Four years in the making. Ten tracks of cathartic, ferocious release. UK DJ&producer Charlie Sparks, the force behind HEKATE, School Love, AUTEKTONE, and the self-released Welcome To London, now surpassing thirty million streams, announces his debut album Power Up, arriving March 26th via his own label, ELEKTRA.

Power Up is a fusion of punchy, stripped-back techno: psy-trance grooves, industrial rave fluidity, and Charlie’s signature catchy vocals woven across ten relentlessly propulsive tracks. But beneath the dancefloor force lies something more personal. The album maps the arc of Charlie’s growth as a performer and producer: the festival runs, the city-hopping, the unimaginable venues, and the physical, mental, and emotional weight that comes with living that life without pause. Vulnerability, here, is translated into something daring and loud: a psy-driven momentum that doesn’t let up.

“The album is a testament to the four-year journey of battles I’ve faced, both within the music industry and my personal life. It chronicles walls that I’ve overcome time and again — from my first professional show until now — and how those experiences have profoundly shaped both me and my sound.” — Charlie Sparks

Founded in 2024, ELEKTRA is more than a label. It is a creative house built on energy, heritage and passion — the perfect home for a record this charged.

A guest at EDC, Beyond Wonderland Festival, and multiple Boiler Rooms, Charlie has long commanded rooms. Power Up is what happens when all of that experience gets pressed into sound: a multisensory, deeply human record wrapped in thick, electrified low-end.

A composed orchestra of chaos. Led by Charlie Sparks.
