Our days started with a swim in the rooftop circular pool to escape the heat of the city together with a cocktail and a light seafood brunch enjoyed in the shade on the most comfortable design loungers. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem perched high above the bustling city, with a panoramic 360 view of Marrakech’s iconic landmarks and a captivating tapestry of vibrant colors that stretches as far as the eye can see. While the afternoons are best spent at the spa enjoying a range of wellness treatments to pamper your body and soothe your soul: massages, hammams, jacuzzis, steam baths and saunas, a heated indoor swimming pool, as well as a vip spa suite and a gym alongside a beauty & hair salon. As the sun descended, we then headed into the real highlight of the trip, the Nobu Restaurant, with its own private entrance, DJ deck and poolside terrace. The restaurant itself exudes sophistication, soft ambient lighting cast a warm glow, illuminating the artful displays of Japanese craftsmanship adorning the walls. The impeccable table settings and the attentive staff create an atmosphere of refined indulgence. A symphony of flavours unfolds in the menu as an extraordinary culinary experience. Each dish is a work of art, meticulously crafted with a fusion of Japanese precision and the vibrant flavors of Morocco. The delicate balance of ingredients and the mastery of techniques transport you to a realm where culinary boundaries disappear. From the delicate cuts of sashimi, to the perfectly seared Wagyu beef, every bite is a revelation, a harmony of taste and texture and signature dishes like Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeno are an absolutely must-have delight.
