3537 / Infinite Movement?

A spotlight on 3537’s latest exhibition in Paris.

Infinite Movement? is a multi-media group exhibition exploring the concepts, ideas and possibilities associated with perpetual motion – that never-ending quest for inexhaustible energy and eternal dynamism. A question mark to everyone, the show doesn’t produce answers, but rather threads elements building a laboratory for a movement beyond art.

The last exhibition of 3537, an experimental cultural venue that has been running in the Marais for the last three years presents works of nine french and international artists ranging from students or emerging fresh graduates to well known figures in the art scene. The exhibition is constructed as a work-in-progress, a research laboratory or a living-space, perpetually changing and inciting discourse similarly as 3537 did throughout its short lifespan.
