Exclusive launch: Boris Bidjan Saberi first womenswear campaign

photographed by Timmo Schreiber, words by Anca Macavei.

“Wherever the fish are, that’s where we go.”

Every so often, we all gaze into the abyss. Eventually, the sand in the hourglass runs out and time is not enough anymore. Facing cross currents, shifting and dislocation, it’s the leaving behind everything that does not matter and delve into the black abyss to recover the balance and essence of life. The quest for unfamiliar forms of fascination, voyage of discovery of a new functionality, further explorations of the bodies and understanding of their organic movements in new and unknown before nucleuses. Imagination creates reality, our existence is but a brief crack of light between eternities of darkness.

It is mostly the feeling of being part of something, maybe also a kind of non-spoken strength and power that you may feel when you are part of a community, be it a group of friends or a family. It is really important to me, I need it personally, I need my own family. To share and live.

Road to Berlin Atonal 2025

Music | Spotlight
Berlin Atonal returns to Kraftwerk Berlin, Tresor, and OHM this August 2025 with a five-day program that transforms the city’s industrial core into an experimental laboratory for sound, image, and collective experience. This year marks the festival’s debut as part of the International Biennial Association, anchoring its position as a global platform for sonic and interdisciplinary avant-garde. It’s a return, but also a reinvention, driven by the same radical spirit that first pulsed through these concrete chambers in the early ’80s.
