Meditation Circus is a sensory altar that flips waiting into being. Teun Vonk’s installation invites you to sit still, immersing yourself in air currents, calming visuals, and soothing sounds. This sensory installation  feels like the last dream before you finally sleep. On show until June 11, 2025.

De Molen Brewery | Tasting under the windmill

It’s sunny. You’re wrecked. Slide into the tasting room at De Molen—Brouwerij ’t IJ’s original, tucked beneath the biggest 19th-century windmill of the city, and let the hops take over. This is ground zero for one of the first and cult-favorite craft brewery, known for its bold, unfiltered takes on classic styles — especially Imperial Stout and strong IPA.

Hidden in a canal house basement, this fully vegan Japanese spot serves set menus of handmade ramen in an intimate, ritualistic setting. One seating per night, one chef. It’s cultish in the right way—dark, quiet, intensely flawvorful.
